Welcome to the 2009 Yeats Festival Season, a three-week Season of events including poetry readings,
lectures, lunchtime theatre, art exhibitions, kids workshops and much more.
The Festival Season is presented by some of Sligo’s key cultural organisations, who have all come together to
celebrate the creativity of the Yeats family, most especially brothers W.B and Jack B. Yeats,
and to highlight the special inspiration provided by Sligo for their work.
