Bianconi's Baked Parcel
An oven baked pizza parcel stuffed with mozzarella cheese, homemade fresh basil pesto, chunks of goat's cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and brushed with garlic oil.
Carlo's Fromaggi Misti
Crusty baguette smothered in garlic, homemade basil pesto, and pureed tomato. And topped with chunks of goat's cheese. Oven baked, then sprinkled with fresh cut parmesan cheese. Served with a fresh garden salad.
